THE FLAT: This is a brand new flat (1 year old) with white wood floors, new kitchen and bathroom. It's on the 8th floor with great views of the city. There's also a dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer (in it's own room) and large storage closet.

THE BUILDING: It's a new build with a big roof garden, concierge service and 24 hour gym with free access. Fast lifts, nice lobby and free car park in lot on weekend. Walls are soundproof - we've never heard our neighbors!

We love this flat and unfortunately have to leave due to job transfer out of London. The landlord is very nice and lives out of the country. Building management addresses any issues within 24 hours.

We're well connected (5-10 min walk) to DLR, Overground, District, Circle and Hammersmith/City line as we're equidistant to Shadwell, Aldgate East and Tower Hill. Barclays Bikes directly outside the building.
