I will be heading home for Christmas for a few weeks in Dec/Jan so looking to sublet my room while I'm away.
It's a big double east facing room that gets morning sun (when it’s not grey out) and comes furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe and desk.
The flat is 3 beds, but one of the other girls is heading home too so there are currently two rooms available and you’d be sharing with our lovely flatmate Janet (lawyer). The downstairs has a big open living room, kitchen and dining and a toilet with washing machine and dryer, and upstairs has all the bedrooms and the shared main bathroom. The location is really close to all of the amazing things the east has to offer like Victoria Park, Broadway Market, London Fields, Redchurch St, Spitalfields Market. We're literally a minutes walk to Columbia Road market so amazing on Sundays to go for a wander and pick up some flowers! Also great public transport with Hoxton Station about 5 mins away, Old Street Station about 10 mins away, Bethnal Green and Aldgate East a bit further bit still walkable, and plenty of buses in close proximity.
