Looking for a Vegan Flatmate for 2Bed Hackney Rd

Hi,

I've been living around Hackney Road area for quite some time now and just found a new place I will be moving in June. It's a 2 bed flat, someone is still living there and as they been there for 5 years it will be fully refurbished (new carpets, painted walls, new beds and mattresses etc) so pictures I've post are not 100% showing how it will look (I know landlords for quite a while and asked for green or yellow carpets, just to add some colour, also, if there is any maintenance issues they very on top of it!)

Total transparency - rent is 2k a month, but flat has double bedroom and single one and I can't fit with all the stuff I have in smaller room (that's the one up for grabs!) so want to split 1.1k me, 900 you.
water and wifi included, council tax (I forgot to ask what band it it, but it was around 130 a month from what I remember), gas and electricity to pay and I was thinking to go with Octopus, I don't really watch TV so not planning to get TV licence, but if you want you can go for it (I'm happy to share my disney plus account and also up for film nights etc!)
Flat comes with bath tub and also there is a bike parking space up front if you cycle like me.

About me: love cooking and always happy to share a meal, might have occasional guests, but I tend to stay out of a house quite often and also travel a fair bit. I like keeping everything tidy and I do recycle. I enjoy making arts and crafts whether it is painting or pottery night (there is one just across the street at Hackney City Farm). Always up for a museum trip, walks around, swimming, classical music concert or techno rave. Not looking for someone specific, just want to make sure we have a good living together vibes, that's all.
