Great double room available

Living Room

Hey,

I have a double bedroom available. Indeed, my flatmates have left the flat for new adventures (NY).

The Double bedroom is very large and fully furnished. His occupant will share a nice and large bathroom (with bath) with me.

The Flat consists of 2 double rooms and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a nice kitchen fully furnished (Oven, nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine...) and a very large living room with screen TV and confortable sofas.
All rooms have double glazing (quiet and warm).

The flat is perfectly located and well connected:
- 5 min walk to Tower Hill, Tower Gateway and Aldgate
- 10 min walk to Bank and Liverpool street Station
- And for the week-end, we are just 10/15 min walk to Brick Lane and Shoreditch.

I'm looking for friendly people who are clean, tidy and considerate and respect their flatmates (and only professionnal)
This is not a party house, but I like partying and I like discovering new places in London (of course, sharing some beers or a bottle of wine doesn't count ;).

The rent is:
- £1, 035 per month (no couple) for the double bedroom with sharing bathroom.

This rent is all bills included (water, gas, electricity, internet, TV), but without the COuncil tax +£45)

The rooms are available the 1st May.
