The flat is less than a 10-minute walk away from Tufnell Park Station & Caledonian Road Station, you can get the 253 into either Finsbury Park or Camden which is a 5-minute walk away. 390 stop is 30 secs away which can take you to King Cross (Central London) in 15 minutes!

1 furnished room is available, with a double bed (this has 4 drawers for extra storage), a large wardrobe, a bedside table and a 4 square kalax. If you have your own furniture then I'm happy to discuss this. The room does not come with a desk

You will have access to a good-sized living room (as you can see) with access to a large garden. The living room has a 55-inch TV with access to Sky, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney + plus other streaming services.

I live in the property but please don't be put off by this. I'm a pretty easygoing guy and the other housemate is great too...just gotta meet us to find out!

Bills are all included in rent which includes broadband (upto 70mb download speed)
