This would be a great flat for someone who would like to come home to a friendly, peaceful and relaxing place at the end of the day. Happy to share occasional meal together, but also respectful of your privacy and alone time.

The flat has been recently refurbished and is on the top floor of a Victorian Terrace House. Located on a tree-lined residential Cul-de-sac Street, so really quiet.

We are 5 minutes away from Tufnell Park Tube Station in zone 2 Northern Line providing fast access into the city and central London. 10 mins walk to Kentish town, 15mins walk to Camden Town & Holloway and a 10min walk to Upper Holloway Overground for direct trains to Shoreditch and East London.

There are several supermarkets nearby such as a Sainsbury's Local 5mins away, Waitrose, Marks & Spencers, Morrisons etc on Holloway Road or a large Sainsbury's in Camden Town.

There are lovely pubs, bars and restaurants in the area.

Hampstead Heath is a 15 mins walk from the flat so a really great retreat from the urban grind.
