1 Large Double in TP!+ 1 Short-Term Small Double

Thank you very much for clicking on our ad :). We’re 3 ladies, (Grace, Shae and Narmeen) in our 30’s, looking for one permanent person and short-term person twp fill two rooms in our four bedroom house in Tufnell Park.

The room is a large double at £816 per month available at from the 13th November. Bills come in at around £100 per month.

Our newly renovated terrace house in Tufnell Park has an kitchen/living room area, a garden with a shed and a storeroom/utility space with a brand new washer and dryer. The kitchen has a built-in oven/electric stove /microwave. There is also parking outside available if you want it.

We are a 5 min walk from buses 253 and 29, and Tufnell Park tube station is a 7 min walk away. We are also very close to the Camden/Kentish Town/Holloway Road areas (they are just 10 mins walk/bus ride away).

The room is unfurnished, the landlord may upon request supply the bed. The room does have a three door built in wardrobe and cupboard with shelves.

Deposits & agency fees (all in reference to Room 1):

The Agency will need a deposit of £1042.50. Referencing checks are needed to rent the long-term room and require the usual documents e. g. passports, payslips, work details etc.

We have a fortnightly weekly cleaner, and wifi.
The bills covering water, energy, electricity council tax, cleaner and internet come to about £100 per month. We can get into the details about this if you pop over to see the place.

We have lived together for quite a while now and have definitely got a good family vibe going on in the house. We love to be sociable but also like cooking / wine drinking / and Netflix / NowTv watching. We all work as PA's and Business Coordinators in the music, broadcasting and consulting industries.

It would be nice to have someone who is obviously the usual - considerate and ‘house trained’ but also doesn't mind sharing the odd meal and glass of wine together. We are open to any gender/sexual orientation, dietary or religious beliefs.

We don’t mind what you do but unfortunately, the agency does and requires professionals only for the application. Unfortunately, we are not allowed any pets :(
