Big double room 5 min from Tufnell park station

Hello!

Sadly my flatmates are moving and leaving the flat. This flat is in 3 flat building on the first floor in a nice neighbourhood. Huddleston Road is where you feel like you are not in noisy London. The street is blocked by the gate so no one can pass through. You can park your car outside the street.

Flat is managed by the very nice landlord which response very quickly to any needs. No agencies fees!

Date to move in is flexible so let me know if you would like to move in earlier.

The biggest advantage of this flat is that I’m trying to make it feel as cosy as possible where you can relax and feel like home. We have a large living room with two sofas, dining table, bookcase, 2 coffee tables, wardrobe and enough space even for yoga!
Bedrooms are separated by the long corridor so you can enjoy the privacy without hearing each other, which is a big plus!

Loads of sun coming through big windows especially in the morning where you can enjoy a cup of coffee before going to work.

Room is furnished with a massive mirror wardrobe, double bed, desk, chair, bedside table, and 4 compartments drawer.

The utilities are not included but didn’t pass £100 per person in a cold month.

The is only me in the flat occupying a smaller room. I'm 27 years old freelancer working in Film and TV. You will find me on my bike riding around London, in the gym or reading books. I like to come back home and have a rest after a busy day but also I enjoy to have a chat in the living room with a cup of tea.

I’m looking for someone who respects privacy and appreciate clean space.
