You will live with all students from different universities.

If you like social life, this must be the right choice. There are 11 rooms in total. Currently, only four students are living here.

We have two kitchens (one is on the ground floor and one is on the top floor). all other facilities are included such as dishwasher, oven, washing machines and drier.

I am currently living on the first floor; however, I want to move with my friend; therefore, I want to rent my en-suite (taking over the contract from the agent).

The location is super good. It is only 5mins walk from the Tufnell Park station and around 10 mins walking from Kentish town station. There are many convenient shops like Lidl, Sansbury, Iceland, etc.

The most significant advantage is fully enough sunshine in the afternoon and two big sharing kitchens.

The minimal rent here will be one year, which has started from September 15th. the rental fee will be 950 per/month (including bill)
