We have a huge penthouse room with ensuite bathroom available in our lovely home

The room is in two halves which separates the living and sleeping areas nicely

Our house is situated right next to a park and the room overlooks it to the rear.

It's a huge newly built property set over 5 floors with a large shared kitchen and living room.

We also have two large shared bathrooms (with baths and showers) and another additional toilet on the ground floor.

There's also a nice little garden with a decent bbq for the summer

- - The household - -
There are currently 5 housemates, all professionals and currently all British.

Even though its a large household everyone has differing schedules and the house is rarely busy. However we do try to organise the occasional movie night in together to catch up

The price is inclusive of all bills and we have super fast fibre Internet perfect for working from home.
