Cosy & Bright Room Double Room in Tufnell Park

Double room available for Early September - October in newly refurbished 2 bedroom flat, lovely for young working professionals and students.

We share a good size fully equipped kitchen with an oven and grill, with your own drawer for storage. You will have the shared bathroom as pictured, but as I have an ensuite, it will basically be your own bathroom besides the usage of guests and occasionally me.

The location is Zone 2, conveniently sitting between Tufnell Park Station and Holloway. Kentish Town Station is around 10-15 minutes walk. Very close to Central London by public transport, about 40 mins to an hour for East and South. We are also placed conveniently around many bus stops.

VERY IMPORTANT: You will be living with a cat. I have lived with some cat lovers but it's not a requirement. I have a very freelance schedule so sometimes will be working late, so my previous flatmates have helped with the feeding schedule.

I'm looking for a chill and positive energy who will respect the flat. I am an artist myself so appreciate creative types (ex flatmates are all working in humanities) but I don't have a preference! I am a social person but also enjoy my personal space. This flat is better for nice dinner parties and hangouts rather than parties. A friendship is important to me. :)

Bills are not included and vary month to month. We are council tax band C.

What is included in the room is: the bed + bedframe, all shelf fixtures, a dustbin and the big wardrobe. The bedframe has drawers underneath for extra storage.
