I have a room to rent in my family home from the summer onwards.. Would suit a female/an overseas student. Great area in North London-close to all transport links.
The bedroom is a double and has sole use of a small kitchenette with bar table and stools, fridge, sink, small cooker and storage for cookware and groceries .
There is a separate front door downstairs for entry. and an outside loo if you like!;)
Please note: It is possible that the monthly rent may rise to around £1,200 as I am planning on adding an en-suite bathroom/shower room as part of rental by August/September.
My family are 18+ and working full time. We spend time out on weekends or if at home- playing the piano or chilling in the garden. It’s a nice peaceful area with nice neighbours.. This is a room in a family home. I also have a cat 🐈⬛
