We are looking for someone to share our peaceful, modern, calm and comfortable flat directly opposite Hampstead Heath.

The room is furnished with a bed and bookshelf and has a balcony and plenty of natural light. Approximate floorplan attached.

The kitchen is very modern, induction stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wine fridge, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster.

The bathroom is very modern, shower with excellent water pressure, bath.

The living room is very large with a three seater sofa that folds out into a double bed, storage space for books/DVDs etc.

Housemates: both professionals, male and female (not a couple).

The apartment is very modern with wooden floors in the common areas, carpet in the bedrooms and underfloor heating in each room.

Bills not included. These include council tax; gas; electricity; water; wifi; TV license. The total varies but is c. £100-150 per person per month.

The apartment is within easy reach of Kentish Town, Archway and Tufnell Park tube stations (c. 15-minute walk) on the Northern Line. The 214, 88 and C11 bus lines are all easily accessible (Parliament Hill Fields bus stop is less than a minute away). Gospel Oak train station is a 10-15 minute walk away.

Tesco Metro is a 2-minute walk away. The apartment is minutes from a Gail's Bakery and a number of nice local restaurants. PureGym is a 15-minute walk away. There is a sports center in Archway that is about a 15-minute walk away. Hampstead Heath is across the road.
