It’s a great flat split between 2 floors with a massive open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Perfect for having people over! There is also a balcony.

We are located about a 2 minute walk from Tufnell Park underground station and a couple of 24hr bus stops that go to central London. It’s a 10 minute walk from Hampstead Heath, and we are 10-15 minutes walk away from a large choice of supermarkets (with a Sainsbury’s local 3 minutes away).

You would be sharing with my lovely flatmate Tilman (27, Strategy Manager for a marketing company). He would like to find young professionals to join him - we have liked hanging out as a flat but also have our own independent social lives.

It is a lovely flat which is great value for money - I’m very sad to be leaving it in July due to relocating to Birmingham. Our other flatmate is relocating to Manchester.

Bills are not included - approximately an extra £140 per month. Council tax band E. Deposit is £958 per room.
