These two cosy double rooms in a 3 bedroom flat in Tufnell Park are becoming available on August 1st. Both rooms have a double bed and wardrobe.

The flat is a 15 min walk from both Kentish Town and Tufnell Park station, situated in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. 5 min walk to Nisa, 12 mins walk to Pure Gym and Sainsburys, 15 min walk to Odeon and Holloway Road where you can find many different shops (Boots, Lidl, Waitrose, etc.)

The flat has 3 rooms, 1 shared living room and kitchen, 1 big bathroom with bathtub, an extra closet for more storage and comes with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave... & air fryer!

I am Carla and I’m a Spanish journalist working in the music industry, where I do a 8-4 schedule. Since I moved in two years ago, this has been a quiet home and I’ll like to keep it like that, definitely not a party house.

When I’m not at work, I like to chill at home, go to the gym, try out new restaurants, go out with my friends… But once again, I do enjoy my own space at home and appreciate my alone time, and would like to have someone that respects the space and doesn't bring overnight guests constantly.

I’m looking for someone that wants to move to a home rather than just a house and will be respectful of the space and vibe. There is a cleaner coming every 3/4 weeks but I like to keep the house clean and tidy in between, so cleaning after yourself is a must! (please do NOT enquire if you're not used to cleaning after yourself, keeping common areas tidy and contributing to house tasks, to avoid future disagreements!)

Both rooms cost £250 per week and bills are included (bear in mind energy bills may vary depending on energy usage).

The contract is until 1st August 2025 so it'd be nice to find someone that wants to stay until then. Deposit is £948 - The agency will ask for references as well.
