This private double room and shared flat is quiet, bright, on the bottom floor of a Victorian terrace with a private garden. It stays very cool on hot days but gets plenty of natural light. The shared kitchen and living room space is cozy, the shower has excellent water pressure, and the bedroom is quiet and large, with a view over the back garden.

Tufnell Park is a wonderful walkable area full of cute cafes, pubs, and restaurants, with easy access to a large variety of food shops. The flat is 5 minutes away from the nearest tube station, which can get you into central London in as little as 15 minutes.

The neighborhood is incredibly quiet, safe, and pretty: surrounding streets have gorgeous gardens and unique historical architecture, and within 15 minutes you can walk to two separate parks: Waterlow Park and Hampstead Heath.
