Room in lovely shared house in North London

Hello! We are looking for a 5th person to join our lovely house share 1-2 mins walk from Tufnell Park tube. For purposes of balance we are strictly seeking a male.

About us:
You would be sharing with one guy and three gals. Leyla works with refugees, Emilia is a documentary producer, Sarah works in fashion, and Alex is a musician.

We lead busy lives and respect each other’s space and routines, but we also are very social and spend time together in the house, at gigs or at the pub. We’ve all become good friends through the house and are looking for someone who will join in with this vibe :)

About the house:
The room is on the 1st floor and you would be sharing a bathroom with two of the girls. There is another bathroom which gets used by the other 2 rooms.

There is a small but nice garden with a roof that you can climb onto to catch some sun and there is a separate living room. The location is really very good- a nice area with a couple of coffee spots/bakery/grocery stores, and only a short walk to Hampstead Heath, as well a couple of great pubs nearby.

Sorry we don’t have a photo just yet but the room is directly below the one pictured and so gives you a sense of the layout and size. Will update soon.

As you can see the room is a great deal and bills (except internet and TV license) are included.
