Quiet Room by Tufnell Park Tube & Hampstead Heath

Hi, I'm Tom and I'm looking for a lodger for my spare bedroom.

The property is a 60 second walk to Tufnell Park Tube Station which will bring you to Tottenham Court Road in ~15 minutes. Tufnell Park Tube is on the Northern Line and in Zone 2 (of 9) so very central. Its a ~10 minute walk to Gospel Oak and Kentish Town Overland Rail stations.

The area is fantastic. The famous Hampstead Heath is on your doorstep. Within a couple minutes walk there is an artisan bakery, organic butcher, fishmongers, great restaurants, a Sainsburys, Aldi and a choice of gyms.

The room has double glazing and a built in radiator. It has a single bed with clean mattress and a sizeable built in cupboard for storage. Across the hall there is a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There is a kitchen downstairs with washing machine, tumble dryer etc available for use. The property has wooden flooring and is centrally heated. We have super fast fibre optic internet (300mb/s +). All bills are included.

It is a working household so no party animals please! We are 3 professional males between 30 and 50. We all generally keep to ourselves and are very quiet. It's not the most sociable place as we're all usually busy but we're all very friendly when you catch us. Non smokers are preferred.

The room is ideal for someone looking for a relaxed, safe place to live.
