Double room available from 8th January 2026. £940 per month (includes £150 for bills) + £790 deposit.

The room is located on the first floor.

The room is unfurnished, however I do not plan on taking the clothes rail so I am happy to leave that if desired.

You would be sharing the bathroom with only one other person, the other two have personal bathrooms.

Located on a quiet street, <5 minute walk to Hampstead Heath Park, with loads of great pubs, cafes, and shops nearby (Little Tesco is only a 3-minute walk).
Well connected with multiple bus routes and stations nearby:
Tufnell Park Station (Northern Line) - 12 min walk
Gospel Oak Station (Mildmay and Suffragette Line) -15 min walk
214 and 88 bus a 3 minute walk. C11 bus a <1 minute walk.

The house is really spacious with a shared living room, dining room, kitchen/laundry area, and garden area.
There is a dishwasher and separate washer/dryer.

You will be living with 3 women (ages between 28-32) - 2 Brits, 1 Kiwi.

Ideally you're someone sociable and easygoing, someone who's up for hanging out occasionally but also appreciates a respectful and relaxed home vibe. Someone that wants more of a home and not just a place to crash.
The house is more of a chill night in versus big party vibe, but also love to host the occasional BBQ in summer & love having friends around.

The landlord is super chilled and lets us do our own thing, he visits London every year or so to check in but otherwise we just message when we need him.
