Location

The flat is in Zone 2, just a 5-minute walk from Hampstead Heath. It’s brilliantly connected with Tufnell Park (Northern Line), Gospel Oak (Overground), and Kentish Town (Thameslink) all nearby. There are shops and cafés all around, including some great pubs!
The Flat

We’re on the 1st floor with:
• A lounge and a separate kitchen
• A shared bathroom plus an extra communal room (perfect for occasional WFH or a TV space)
• A south-facing balcony that gets great light

The flat is managed by a professional landlord company who are quick and reliable if anything needs fixing.

The Room

A nice-sized light and bright double room over the buildings gardens. The room would come with a wardrobe and chest of drawers so you would need to provide your own bed.

Flatmates

You’d be joining two friendly women who work in media and ecology. We’re ideally looking for someone who is:
• In a similar age range (mid-20s to early 30s)
• Clean and considerate (but not obsessive – this isn’t a uni house vibe)
• Easygoing, independent, and respectful of the home
• Not working from home full-time (occasional WFH is fine, but we’d like someone mostly out during the day)

We can’t host loud gatherings (the building is family-oriented), but we do enjoy dinners, chats, and hanging out when it suits. Ideally, you won’t have a partner staying over constantly!
