We are subletting our 1 bed flat in Tufnell Park from the 16th November to the 4th of January 2026. (Might have some flexibility for January)

Cosy flat to rent in lively street with a separated double bed bedroom, an open plan kitchen and a large private terrace.
Between Camden and Hampstead:
- 1 min walk from Tufnell Park station (northern line) which will take you in central London in 15min.
- 15min walk from Kentish Town station which has train lines and thameslink services.
- 15 walk from Gospel Oak (overground)
Plus various bus lines

Withing a nice leafy neighbourhood, the flat is located on a lively street with cafes, restaurants, bakery, butcher and fishmonger. There are a lot of nice pubs around and you’re also about 15/20min walk away from Hampstead Heath.

We are looking for someone responsible and considerate to sublet our flat. All essentials such as kitchen equipments will be provided and space will be made for you to feel at home.

Rent is £1,650/pcm all bills included.
