Room available in lovely Tufnell Park house-share

Hello! We're looking for someone to replace our housemate from 12th May as she's moving in with her partner next month.

The house:

We live in a quiet gated community about 10 mins walk from Tufnell Park/Archway stations and 15 mins from the nearest Overground. Hampstead Heath is also an easy 20 min walk from the house.

We have an open kitchen/dining area with lots of storage space for 4 people. There are 2 bathrooms shared between 3 (one room has an en-suite). We also have a small garden and a free parking space!

The room is on the 1st floor and comes with a double bed, dresser and large built-in wardrobe. Rent is £740 p/m + bills of around £120 (we're council tax band F).

About us:
We're all professionals in our 30s. Rich is a lawyer who works quite long hours but is always happy for a chat in the kitchen and the odd pub visit. Annah works in museum collections care and loves long wanders at the Heath with a good book and sweet treat. Hannah is from the US and works in finance, and she loves to hang out with friends and explore all that London has to offer.

We're looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful etc. Ideally, you're quite independent and happy doing your own thing, but we'd also love if you'd be up for a drink in the pub or a picnic on the Heath from time to time too!
