I have lived in the property since February and have recently completed renovating. The bathroom is brand new and the flat gas been completely redecorated.
Rent includes a cleaner once a week.
I work long hours in the week and am looking for a quiet person to rent my spare room. This is on a Monday to Friday arrangement for £800 pcm.
I enjoy going to the gym and work out most evenings in the week.
