The flat has 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath/shower and a kitchen/dining/living room opening out onto the garden which has a small patio / BBQ area and a larger paved garden / drive. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washer/dryer fridge/freezer etc.

You'd be sharing with me and Alp who are both in our 20s. I work for the civil service as a lawyer. Alp has just finished a MA at SOAS and is working full time on an internship.

Tufnell Park is a great area. Our flat backs out on to the playing fields so it's a nice quiet road. At the other end of our road is a nice pub with a big garden and good pizza, a restaurant and a handy Budgens supermarket. You are within easy walking distance to Tufnell Park which has cafes, Sainsbury's, restaurants, butchers, green grocers and a great bakery. It's about 10 minutes walk in the other direction to Holloway Road and the Odeon Cinema, Waitrose, Morrisons, Pure Gym and shops and bars. In the other directions you can walk into Camden or towards Highgate or Hampstead Heath.
