Safe calm house with no overnight visitors most socialising is done outside so everyone feels comfortable at home 😊 would suit female in full time employment or student.
Im hoping to find a female house mate who’s clean, tidy and respectful to live with. You will be living with myself the landlady and one female housemate . We are both friendly people who enjoy a chat but also enjoy our own space. Thats not to say that sharing a meal or film is out of the question 😊

I live in a lovely large, three bedroom Victorian maisonette with my dog and cats . As you can imagine, they mean the world to me, so it’s very important that you do like dogs and cats.
Your room is fully furnished with a double bed with new mattress, 1 large chest of drawers,1 wardrobe, desk and chair, bedside cabinet, High speed broadband.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and sink. A second toilet upstairs. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The property is on a lovely quiet residential road off Tufnell Park road.

Locally there are many shops, a cinema, gyms, bars and restaurants. There are huge playing fields with tennis courts behind the house. We’re only a 15min walk from Hampstead Heath. :)

Located really close to Tufnell Park station (3 minute walk), on the Northern Line. As well as being a bus ride away from Highbury and Islington and angel.

[Rent will include all bills and weekly cleaning lady for comunal areas.]
