Amazing bright double room in Tufnell park

Hello everyone,

I am leaving the best room I have ever been living in because Ive been relocated to Switzerland for work.

It´s a bright, spacious, quiet and double quite reasonable big room in a 3 people flat.

The room: will be furnished with a chest of drawers, 1 full lenght mirror, 1 small mirror, bedsite table, a wardrobe, a lamp, medium shelf to place books/decoration. The bed is mine. But the agency will provide one.

Otherwise, the flat is a 2 floor flat which gives a lot of space for 3 people, it has a kitchen area with a big dining table, which is nice and social and a well equipped kitchen with all the standard appliances. There is one bathroom with a big bathtube and very spacious chest of drawers which allows you to keep your towels and toiletries.

Location and shops: The flat is a five minute walk from Tufnell Park tube, and five minute walk from Archway station in the Northern line which takes about 15 minutes to go to Tottenham Court Road. Just crossing the road there are two 24 hours buses (134 & 390) and C2 - so it's really well connected. The area is really great too, I simply love North London in general. It's not too busy, safe and Kentish town are with loads of nice pubs and cafes, grocers and supermarkets, the Cooperative is 4 minutes, Sainsbury´s is 5 minutes walking and lidl 10 minutes walking, there is a Pure gym 10 mins walking too. We're a 10-15 minute walk from Parliament Hill and Hampstead Heath, which is lovely for picnics, running. The best park ever in London. :)

Current flatmates are Tereza italian translator who can also speaks spanish perfectly and Kamila polish girl working in IT. Both amazing girls, very clean and respectful who are keen on having a flatmate female preferred quiet and clean to chat with and hanging out with some dinner/meal but it's not a crazy party flat and everyone has their own space too :). We have a cleaning rota weekly so everything is very clean all the time.

Rent is £500/ month plus bills which comes to around £80 a month and there is an agency fee of only £80 just to join the contract.
In November the rent will come up £100 divided by the 3 of you so just £30 more. (£530).

The room is available now but the moving date is flexible though ideally we'd like someone who can move latest 20/08.

Deposit is £600.
