Hi - We have 1 room available in this 3 bed flat.

The flat has handy mod cons: dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, washer dryer etc

Virgin tv and internet.

There is a communal living room which opens out onto the private garden, a shared kitchen and dining area, a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom (shower&bath) and separate toilet. The newly landscaped garden also has a bbq which is great for socialising.

Other benefits include being in a secure gated development with keypad/fob access. There are two parking spaces inside the development in front of the property plus additional underground free parking. Room outside the entrance for bikes too.

The location is great, being just under 10 mins walk up to Tufnell Park tube (northern line) and then 15 mins walk to Caledonian Road ( Piccadilly line). Also the overground from upper Holloway and numerous buses etc!

Shops are 8 mins away - lidl, iceland, waitrose huge morrisons, poundlands, cafes, shops by tufnell park tube and budgens 5 mins away from the property

Hampstead heath is also nearby which is a great outdoor open space and beautiful all year round. Its great for runs/walks and swimming in the ponds!

Room 1 - AVAILABLE £150/ WEEK - single bed & mattress with bedside draws, mirror, shelf and wardrobe. Also a desk and chair.

Room 2 - TAKEN - double bed, double wardrobe, chest of draws, mirror

Prices include the bedroom.

Bills, water, poll tax, electricity, tv, internet will be split by us all and will average at around £90 each a month.

Bit about me...I'm a 28 yr old working in central London. I have a cat Artie who is ever so friendly. I like cooking a good meal, films, tennis, swimming, daytrips and exploring new places. Han is 25 and a sports science lecturer who likes the gym and gigs. We are hoping to find someone likeminded to fit in and join us :) You must clean up after yourself and respect other people's space and property though.
