The room will be available 13th Dec 2020. It is a beautiful good sized double room overlooking tranquil gardens. Bright and sunny with a cooling breeze in the summer. Furnished with a full-size double bed, a wardrobe and a cupboard. Plenty of storage space in the room and also in the large basement.

Shared areas are: Living Room, Kitchen/Dining Room, Bathroom, Second Toilet, south-facing Garden with barbecue.

Your housemate will be a Spanish guy working in Education. He's sociable, very easy to get on with and respectful of privacy when needed. I'm looking for someone similar to share the house and hope you'll make this your home. I myself now live in Canada so I am very rarely back in London.

The house is ideally located for transport:
Tulse Hill Station - 4 mins
(with direct trains to London Bridge, Blackfriars, Kings Cross, Wimbledon, etc.)
West Norwood and West Dulwich stations are a few mins walk further and provide direct links to Victoria, Clapham Junction, etc.
Plenty of bus links to Brixton, the City and West End.
Nearest tube is Brixton via a 10 min bus.

Easy walk to five supermarkets, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, parks and gyms.

Free on-street parking available.

The street is quiet and the neighbours are friendly.
