The room is a double room, with an en suite. It has a bed and wardrobe. The bedrooms are downstairs and the opening plan living space is upstairs. Check the pictures. I will be sorting the rest of the furniture in the living area. A sofa is already there.
The viewing would be organised with the agent (KFH) and obviously we would need to meet. You would be going through all the normal things when signing for an apartment with an agent.
