Lovely Room in Tulse Hill

After our flatmate had to leave our lovely flat in Tulse Hill we are looking for someone to join us and pick up the lease.

Philippine (Dutch) and I, Laurène (French), have been living in London for a year and a half. We came here to do an MA in theatre and decided to stay once our course was over. We work during the week, and in our free time we enjoy going to the theatre, seeing our friends, and of course catching up with each other in the kitchen or on our lovely sofas (currently we like to each occupy one sofa, so we’ll have to figure that out ;)). We also have a collection of board games that, we find, are best played on the floor with some tea or wine. We are also very respectful of each other’s spaces.

We’re both nice, organised, tidy women and would love for someone like-minded to join us.

The apartment is big and luminous and has a spacious living room (with a balcony), a bathroom and a separated loo. Before moving in in August 2019, the landlord installed a brand new kitchen and painted everything white. There is also a new washer/dryer. The flat is situated on the 4th floor giving us a beautiful view that we can look at from our balcony. Brownie point for having breakfast on the balcony in the summer!

Both the room and the common areas have wooden floors. The room also has a double bed, mattress included. The mattress was only bought in August 2019, but could be removed before you move in if you wish so. There is also a built-in cupboard an a gorgeous wooden desk.

The landlord is a lovely and accessible man who was kind enough to remove the furnitures we didn’t need when we first moved in.
