Large double room available in a 1st floor shared flat in the centre of Tulse Hill.

The property has a big shared living room and a brand new kitchen. It is bright and airy with high ceilings and large sash windows. It is away from the main road so is usually very quiet.

It has excellent transport links and amenities - located just a 5 minute walk from Tulse Hill train station and a short bus ride (about 15 minutes) into nearby Brixton town centre with frequent buses throughout the day and night. It's also got a co-op supermarket and other shops less than 5 minutes away, and several nearby parks including Brockwell park (10 minute walk) and Dulwich park (15 minute walk). Brockwell park is home to a gym with a spa and lido pool.

The two housemates are Natalie, a cinema manager and voice artist, and Lizzy, a camera operator currently working on a big Netflix production. They're both lovely and friendly people. Sometimes you'll find them in the living room watching TV or playing playstation, but they also like to hang out in their rooms so you'll get plenty of time and space to yourself too.

The room comes unfurnished except for the 3 door wardrobe which gives you loads of space for clothes storage. If you need furniture I can offer some for sale as I am leaving to move in with my girlfriend and have some I need to get rid of - I can do a very good price on a bed, bedside table, TV unit and book case.

The room is available immediately, and we're looking for someone to take over the tenancy from 1st March latest.
