The property has a big shared living room and a brand new kitchen. It is bright and airy with high ceilings and large sash windows. It is away from the main road so is usually very quiet.

It has excellent transport links and amenities:

- 15 mins by bus to Brixton centre
- 5 mins to Co-Op & other shops
- 5 mins to a fantastic pub with garden
- 10 mins to Brockwell Park
- 15 mins to Dulwich Park

The two housemates are Natalie, a cinema manager and voice artist, and Lizzy, a camera operator currently working on a big Netflix production. They're both lovely and friendly people. Sometimes you'll find them in the living room watching TV or playing playstation, but they also like to hang out in their rooms so you'll get plenty of time and space to yourself too.

I'm leaving to move in with my girlfriend and need someone to take my place ASAP. April rent is already paid so that month is free.
