Cosy Room in Sociable Flat Tulse Hill NO DEPOSIT!

Hello!

Thank you for taking the time to look at my ad for this lovely room in the most homely, cosy flat in SW2! (I may be slightly biased)

I am very sad to be leaving this flat but will be taking a double room in Streatham mid May.

About the flat- I can honestly say I have absolutely loved my time here and you will have the most amazing flatmates. River is 25 and works in transport planning in the city and Sophie is also 25 and works in Civil Service. We all like to chill in the lounge and watch movies together in our free time but also respect eachothers personal space and like to downtime.

You will be 5 minutes from the beautiful Brockwell Park and a 10 minute bus journey from Brixton! Another great thing is that there is no deposit required whne you move into the flat as we signed a no deposit agreement when we took the flat. The room itself is a single with plenty of space for storage.

The rent is £650 a month but we are trying get this down to £600. Bills come to around £70 a month.
