Lovely room available in flat share in Tulse Hill!

We have one furnished double room with ensuite up for grabs in a very nice house in Tulse hill, steps away from local shops, pubs and parks. The house is on the first and second floor.

One of our housemates is moving out with her boyfriend so we are looking for a new housemate to join us from the 20th of June.

We have a huge shared living room with lovely high ceilings, a big tv, comfy couch and a dining table. There is a shared bathroom down stairs on the first floor, as well as a modern kitchen with a gas hob, fan oven and washer/dryer.

The room:
Large double ensuite room on the top floor (attic style room). The room is lovely and bright, with plenty of storage. You also have the luxury of an ensuite with toilet/shower. Rent: £710 pm / Bills: these tend to change but around £140 pm.

We are well connected only a 5 min walk from Tulse Hill station which gets you into central our out of London. Or we're 2 mins from a bus stop that will take you into Brixton/Central.

The current housemates are Sinead 29 works in design, loves climbing and crafts. Siobhan 27, working in clinical psychology, loves climbing, travel, the outdoors, theatre and food.

Ideally we would like our housemate to be sociable and join for the occasional meal / movie night. But equally we're independent and have our own things going on during the week / weekends etc.
