LGBT couple looking for a potential housemate within a new build house in Tulse Hill. House is newly purchased (currently in process of completing and expected to be available early in January 2025), newly furnished throughout and room available is a spacious double room with its own en-suite bathroom. House is three bedroom (one of which will remain a spare room/ office), four bathroom and spacious spread over three floors. The bedroom and en suite bathroom shown in photos is the one which is advertised. Kitchen has an attached living area and garden off the back of it and downstairs also has another living room separate from the kitchen/ living space. We're sociable / outgoing and spend a lot of time out as well as travelling and ideally looking for someone like minded. We also live with two cats so looking for someone who is pet friendly.
