Hi,
My partner and I are moving out of our lovely flat share near Brockwell Park, and we are looking for someone to rent our room until the tenancy is over in February. The room has a king-size bed and has lots of wardrobe space.
We live with another couple we've known for years, and their sweet little dog - Lara. They are 2 working professionals, one of which is in the office twice a week and the other works from home. There is a spare room that is used as a home office, it has plenty of space for 2 people to work.
The flat is a 9 minute walk from Tulse Hill station and a 15 minute walk to Herne Hill.
Herne Hill has a weekly market, lots of independent shops and restaurants and pubs.
