I have a double bedroom available in my bright 2-bed flat in Tulse Hill / West Norwood, for £800 pcm (cleaner and all bills included).

The room is fully furnished and the flat has fast fibre broadband with strong connectivity throughout. It’s on a quiet road just minutes from the high street, and a 10–15 minute walk to either West Norwood Station (Southern) or Tulse Hill Station (Thameslink).

The area has great pubs and restaurants (including possibly the best curry in London), plus a good range of gyms and recreational activities.

I’m a relaxed guy, working from home 2–3 days a week. I keep busy with hobbies in the evenings but am also happy to spend time with a new housemate.
