Double room available in lovely house in Tulse Hil

We are looking for someone to move into our lovely home in Tulse Hill.

We really value a friendly and welcoming environment, we definitely see our house as our home so looking for someone who would feel the same way about the space! We have a monthly cleaning rota, it’s important to us the place is clean and tidy and lovely to live in😊 We are mostly pretty quiet but do like to have the occasional party for bdays etc!

We have a garden and gardeners that come fairly regularly. We have a washing machine, dishwasher and dryer. 2 toilets, 1 shower. Living room with a TV. 5 min walk to brockwell park. Landlords are also lovely and any problems always fixed quickly.

We are 10 min walk from Tulse Hill station, 15 min bus from Brixton/30 min walk. Lots of food shops close by in Tulse Hill, or if you walk closer into Brixton. 2 corner shops very close walking distance.

The room we are looking to fill is a small double. Comes with a double bed, clothing rack, chest of drawers and a small cupboard (all in pictures!)

We are all women and looking for a woman/queer person to fill the room, and ideally someone who could take the flat 1st week of feb — so let us know if you think you’d be a fit! X
