• Streatham Hill (Southern trains to Balham/Clapham Junction/Victoria)
So has great connections to wherever you need to be in London

Rent is £1017 a month, with bills usually around £100

You’d be taking over my place on the tenancy as I’m moving in with my partner. Current tenancy ends in September with the option to extend beyond that.
