The flat has four bedrooms, a shared bathroom with a bath and a common kitchen and living area which is furnished (washing machine, microwave, oven etc.) The bedroom is located on the ground floor (living room). It's a nice room with extra possibility for storage. The room comes with a bed eventhough it's not in the picture. The three other people you would be living with are all guys studying at BIMM institute (music study). Two English students and an international student.

The property is minutes away from Chiswick High Road, which has lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops, Close by to Turnham Green tube station on the District Line (Zone 2/3), which is approximately 35 minute ride into central London. Hammersmith is also a short tube or bus ride away (or cycle or walk if you're feeling fit).

There's also good Wi-Fi. Bills are not included. The rent is £681 per month with a UK guarantor but if that's not possible, you will have the option to pay a few months' rent in advance. I've already paid for the second half of January and for the whole month of February and March. And £100 reposit. You can go into the room immediately when that is paid to me.
