One of my flatmates has just bought her own place, so her room will become available at the beginning of March.
The house is on the Chiswick High Road, and is within a 7-10 minute walk from both Turnham Green (District & Piccadilly lines) and Stamford Brook (District line) stations.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a shared living room, and a kitchen. A cleaning lady comes every two weeks.
The house is shared by me, a lady (both full-time professionals who work outside the house most of the time), and another guy who stays with us only two nights a week.
The monthly cost (including rent, council tax, bills, and cleaning) is around £800 in winter and £750 in summer.
We require a one-month deposit, and the new flatmate can be added to the contract.
