Mon-Fri let in Turnham Green, bills included

Available from 10th October, this would suit a professional who lives out of town looking for a clean and quiet, friendly home to stay in Monday-Friday only. All bills, (including cleaning) are included.

The room:
A small but comfortable double bedroom, with hanging space, lots of shelving and under-bed storage. You would have sole use of the room during the week, but would need to leave it available for weekends.

The flat:
A spacious and light Victorian conversion on a quiet road just outside of the Bedford Park conservation area in Turnham Green. Split over two floors (first floor and loft) the flat is comprised of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen + dining room and separate living room.

Flatmates:
Two of us - Male 33 and Female 35 (me). Both non-smoking and work in sports/advertising. Outside of work, we'll mostly be out doing our own thing - running, swimming, seeing friends etc. but will also have the occasional meal in together.

Transport:
7 minute walk to Turnham Green underground station (District & Piccadilly lines). 15 minute walk to Acton Central Overground station, 12 minute bus to Chiswick Overground station and Shepherd's Bush.
