Spacious double room in Turnpike lane

Hi All!

We are looking for a new housemate to join our friendly and cozy home. The perfect candidate would be a professional with a day job, tidy and easygoing as we are.

A spacious double room will be available on the 12th of April in a shared house in Turnpike lane (Piccadilly line). The house is located in a residential area, around 10min walk to the underground station and the main high street, good connection via buses and overground too and there are shops/bars/restaurants within walking distance.

In the house - 4 bedrooms in total, bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet, living room, fully equipped kitchen and a garden.

The rent is £540 + around £120 for bills (this varies time after time), we also would need £450 deposit.

A bit about us - we are 3 girls and a cat (sorry, no more pets allowed). We are easygoing and like to hang around, but we also have respect for personal space. We have all been living in London for many years and are quite open-minded, so we are looking for someone with the same values.
