The house is situated near to Turnpike Lane, North London, Zone 3, on the Piccadilly Line, connection to Central London takes about 18 minutes by tube. It is in a safe area and is 5-8 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane tube station to the house. All shops and shopping center are close by. The rent includes council tax, water and high speed broadband Com fibre 1 GBbit/s. We share gas & electricity cca 30£ per month. For your convenience, there is also a lovely kitchen or garden to relax in. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for pets !
The rent is 750£ per month and 300£ deposit. 6 months contract.
