Huge double room in Turnpike Lane

Hi everyone, I am unfortunately having to move out from this fantastic place in Turnpike Lane.

I am looking for a long-term tenant to replace me and the room is available from Sunday 7 July, but I am flexible with the date.

The area is great, with lots of restaurants and quirky bars (I highly recommend Jam in a Jar for great brunch and live music in the night time).

The house is also a short walk (about 6 mins) to the station, and you can get to Kings Cross in about 17 mins.

The room itself is very spacious, all the furniture apart from the bookcase and desk is included.

There is also storage space in the attic if you have any suitcases etc. to store.

You will be sharing a shower/bath with 3 other people, and there is also a separate toilet if need be.

The bills are not included in the price, they come to approx £80 each month, which makes the overall price a steal for the area.

The house itself is very sociable, we hang out in the living room and go out for drinks but also respect each other’s private space.
