We are Dasha and Maya, two sociable 23 year old girls from Bristol working in fashion and architecture. Have been living in London for five years and are looking for a third to join our lovely, spacious mansionette!

We are on the first and second floors of a Victorian terraced house in Wood Green, a five minute walk from both Turnpike Lane and Wood Green tube stations (Piccadilly Line Zone 3). A few steps from buses into central London. We are straight off of a busy high street with plenty of supermarkets, shops and restaurants and two minutes from a large shopping mall including cinema, gym and great milkshakes! Despite the proximity to the high street our road is quiet with available parking and has a daily fruit and veg market (great deals!).

Available room is a double situated on the first floor, comes with desk, wardrobe, bed and other storage options if necessary. Window facing garden so minimal noise. We have two bathrooms (downstairs has a bath but not a shower and will essentially be your en suite if you'd like, as both of our bedrooms are on the second floor), dishwasher, tumble dryer, garden, shed, large communal living room and a wine fridge!

If you like the sound of the house, feel free to come by for a viewing and maybe a pint in one of Harringey's finest pubs!

Need someone in from the 10th of September and ideally would like to start the process by 1st of August (referencing, deposits etc).
