Double Room in Friendly Houseshare

We're a friendly, relaxed house, and hangout in the living room watching the latest Netflix film and series or the latest TV quiz show together most evenings.
One guy (English) and two girls (NZ & Hungary) and one cute Westie puppy 🐶

The house is opposite a quiet green, literally a stones throw away from Turnpike Lane tube station, a Tescos, corner shops, big Morrison’s, restaurants and takeaways. Turnpike Lane is on the 24hr Piccadilly line zone 3 and is perfect for Kings Cross and Soho. If the tube isn't your thing then there are plenty of buses to super connected to bus lines (29 to Trafalgar and Camden and the 141 to London Bridge), or the overground too.

Five mins walk down the highstreet and you're at Wood Green shopping mall which is filled with major retailers, restaurants and cinemas. Also walking distance to a few different parks, gyms and Ally Pally!

The house is an end of terrace gem, ground floor we have:
A bedroom (Stephs)
A decent living room that fits all housemates plus the odd partner quite nicely
A downstairs toilet
Understairs closet communal storage
A good sized kitchen, plenty of storage, two fridge/freezers, washing machine and ofc a booze shelf and wine rack!
Outside space! A decent patio with furniture and various plants, amazing during the summer months!

Upstairs we have the three bedrooms, another communal storage closet and bathroom, which was fully redone in January 2017.

The room in question is a great room - It has plenty of storage, large vanity mirror, and super comfy double bed. Large window which lets in plenty of light and afternoon sun pours in.

The room is £400 pcm and we would also need one months deposit (money is held in deposit scheme as standard). Bills are roughly 70-80 quid per month. So all in circa £500/month so super reasonable considering the location.

The landlord is very reliable and anything reported broken is fixed very quickly! He does request the following documents:
• Reference from last landlord or their details
• Employer Details
• Guarantor Details

We're looking for an energetic, sociable, yet chilled out, clean and considerate housemate with a steady job. We all do lead busy lives, so it’s also understandable if people need the quiet retreat of their room. Also must be okay with small dog in the house!
