Lovely double room in a flat in Turnpike Lane

Hi, we are looking for a third flatmate for a small flat of three people near turnpike lane station.
The room is reasonably big and has a lovely large window. The rent does not include bills which usually come around £100 a month (though that increases during the winter because of the cost of heating). That usually includes council tax but that is looking to increase this year, and we're still in the process of sorting this out.
We are looking for a young professional, or a student willing to split council tax, who would consider our flat a home and not just a place to sleep. We are looking for somone who would want to be friends and spend some time together in the evening and the weekends, although we also understand and respect the need for personal time. We are looking for someone who will want to keep the flat clean and wholesome.
Currently the flat is occupied by two girls in their early twenties, one Italian, one French, so the flat has quite a Latin European vibe. Although we are open to any gender, nationality, and sexuality we will probably only consider people in their twenties.
For a little bit about us: we are two very friendly girls who like going out to dance, but also taking nice walks, cooking food together and watching netflix.
