Room available next to Wood Green Mall

Hi there! Unfortunately one of our housemates will be leaving us in January so we will soon have a room available in our household next to Wood Green Mall.
Move in date: flexible from 8th January .

A few details about the house:
It was fully renovated about 5 years ago, it’s on 2 floors and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with shower), a large living room, kitchen and garden.
The house is right next to Wood Green Mall, 5-10 minutes walk from Wood Green and Turnpike Lane tube stations, 2 minutes walk from the high street and all the supermarkets, shops, banks and restaurants you may need. Also, Alexandra Palace park is just behind the corner.

About the room:
The rent is £550 per month not including bills. Deposit is £550. It comes with a small double bed (the mattress was last changed in September so it’s only been used for four months), desk and wardrobe.

Bills:
Gas, electricity, internet and council tax are paid MONTHLY and they come to £88 per person each month.
Water is paid EVERY SIX MONTHS and is normally around £80 per person (which sounds like a lot but it’s basically £13 a month per person).


Housemates:
You will be sharing the house with Silvia, 33, Adrien, 25, and Mazie, 27. We are very friendly and easy going, we’d like to find someone likeminded who wants to make this their home 🏠
