Lovely Double Room in Friendly Houseshare

A sunny double room is becoming available in our spacious Turnpike Lane home, just a 5-minute walk from the station. The room is located at the back of the house, looks directly onto our garden, and gets a great amount of natural light. The room will come furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe and Ikea shelving unit.

You’d be joining a sociable but respectful household of four professionals (26–36), working across events, TV, and the performing arts. We enjoy spending time together when we can - whether that’s a trip to the local, or catching a film - while also having our own space and routines. Interests in the house range from music, baking, climbing and cycling.

The house itself has plenty of shared space, including a functional kitchen (fully equipped including air fryer, microwave, washing machine/dryer), spacious living room with TV, conservatory and garden. Green fingers are certainly welcome!

Rent includes all bills (wifi, council tax, water, gas, electricity), shared household supplies (like toilet paper washing liquids etc.), and a weekly cleaner.
