Cozy double in a relaxed home

Hi! We’re looking for a friendly, professional woman to join our lovely home in Turnpike Lane. You’d be taking over the cozy, double at the back of the house,

There’s a living room, spacious kitchen, garden, one shared bathroom, and 3 toilets. The location is fantastic - we’re down the road from Turnpike Lane station and close to Sainsburys, Tesco, and some nice pubs and restaurants. Ally Pally, Muswell Hill, and Crouch End are all nearby.

The bills are separate (approx £120 a month), and good Wi-Fi. We have a fantastic private landlord who is very understanding and responsive. The deposit is 6 weeks rent (£720).

You’ll be living with Olivia, Karin and Kinga - we’re easy-going, tidy, and like to do our own thing but open to chats when we see each other! We’re looking for a housemate who is clean, respectful, and wants to make the house feel like a home. Our landlord prefers a female tenant so unfortunately we are not looking for a male housemate at this time.

Furniture in the room can be purchased for a low price.
